About the Owner / Founder
Aaron Schoenecker is the Owner/President of Flex-Able Solutions, a firm he founded that provides finance and accounting consulting and staffing. In addition, Flex-Able Solutions provides operations consulting, project management, and interim leadership. Flex-Able Solutions fills a need that many businesses have for creative and sustainable budget-conscious solutions.

It’s rewarding to see them clearly focus on building and growing their business through the lens of the financial and operational clarity we provide,” says Aaron.
Aaron has over 19 years experience working with Fortune 500 companies, and has held leadership roles in 12 of these years, including CFO roles in Manufacturing, HealthCare, and Technology as well as Vice President roles in Portal (Website) Operations, Business Management, Business Strategy (Product), Business Operations, and also served several years as Financial Controller. He started his professional career with Arthur Andersen and has also held jobs at UnitedHealth Group and Allianz. In all previous roles, his responsibilities were focused on implementing change and improving performance, usually at the same time.
A graduate of St. John’s University in Collegeville, MN, he was a double major in Economics and Accounting. During his professional career, he has also earned Six Sigma Certification (Green Belt) and is a graduate from Wharton’s (University of Pennsylvania) Executive Education Program, as well as UnitedHealth Group’s Executive Development Program.
Aaron lives in Eden Prairie, MN with his wife, three children, and dog. He enjoys spending time with family, friends, traveling, volunteering, athletics, and exploring the “great outdoors” in the upper mid-west.
