Flex-Able Solutions started like many companies. Founder and president Aaron Schoenecker saw an opportunity: small and emerging businesses didn’t have access to the talent available to large businesses – and this hindered their growth.

What I love about Flex-Able Solutions: Flexers and our clients, especially the people and personal side of Flex-Able is what motivates me to be positive every day. The work and market – I love the endeavor of finding a balance between organizational goal setting and how to most efficiently deploy resources to achieve those goals. Labor flexibility is and will be a key translator in finding this balance, especially in the near future.

Personal Interests: I love being outside. I love sports/athletics, and generally being active. I seek out new experiences and travel. These adventures are exponentially more fun and gratifying when I am in the company of my wife and/or three daughters, family and friends. I enjoy spending time playing chauffeur and cheerleader to my daughters in their various activities and supporting their learning process.

Role: My role is to assist the executive team, department operations and the business as a whole in identifying, defining and executing strategies and plans for evolving, improving and growing all parts of the business.

  • Led the successful turnaround of 3 companies, 4 software and services start-ups.
  • 6 years into a successful executive consulting business

What I love about Flex-Able Solutions: Without question first and foremost, the determination and interest of our people for excelling at their work for the client and each other. Consistent with that theme is the Flex-Able Solutions culture that everyone is continuously striving to improve and adapt to the changing nature of work and lifestyles.

Personal Interests: My focus outside of work is on spending as much time as I can with my wife, four children and my extended family and friends. I also enjoy fly-fishing, fly-tying, hunting, golf, sailing, gardening and reading about great leaders, history and nature.

Role: Focus on HRIS implementation, new hire onboarding as well as refining policies and procedure within Flex-Able Solutions.

What I love about Flex-Able Solutions: I love the people! Everyone is supportive and willing to help whenever needed. The opportunity to work remotely and be flexible with my schedule is also a huge benefit to me. Working for a smaller company is also appealing as I have the ability to make a bigger, more immediate impact.


Personal Interests: I enjoy spending time with my husband and two children. We are an active family and like being outdoors. I love coaching my kids in all their sports as well as hiking, paddleboarding, traveling and baking.
